With a background as a global executive overseeing sales and supply chains for a leading seafood company, she understands the complexities of ethical business from the inside out. Whether collaborating with business leaders, guiding philanthropic initiatives, or championing rural skill training, Magdalena’s focus is on fostering high standards and practical solutions in for-profit and non-profit endeavors.
Her journey has taken her from classrooms to boardrooms across the globe, from restoring abandoned properties to engaging in agri- and aquaculture tech, always with a strong belief: real progress happens when we combine integrity with action. She consistently (and very directly) shares a thoughtful, principled, and pragmatic approach to both evaluating and creating impact.
